The Railway Department of BESHTECH has well qualified and experienced personnel who have considerable expertise in the engineering of various types of Railway bridges. The engineering includes Feasibility, Planning, Analysis and Preliminary Design for Tender, Detail Design for Execution, Detailing, Construction-Supervision, Quantity Surveying, Costing, Repairs & Rehabilitation, Project Management, Value Engineering and Bridge Management during servicing.

This Department operates with state-of-the-art techniques in fully computerized environment. The Bridges Division is well equipped with modern hardware and advanced software such as: MIDAS CIVIL, STAAD-Pro, OASYS, AutoCAD etc.

This Division works in close co-ordination with the other in-house divisions such as Railway Alignments and Geo-Technical Division. The expertise of Rail Division is to design the bridge alignments, geometrics and the Geo-Technical Division to evolve optimized solutions for foundations and to solve problems of weak soils in order to utilize for the optimal solutions.

This Division has also carried out designs of advanced bridge types such as Box Pushing Methods, ROBs, RUBs, Culverts etc. Our Engineers are well versed and experienced in the designs suiting to different types of construction methods such as cantilever construction with precast units as per the site conditions.
